 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Leakage in the cooling system and functioning of the safety valve in a cover can be checked by means of the measuring device which is available on sale. For this purpose the following HAZET tools approach: the manual pump 4800-1 with a hose 4800-2 and a nozzle 4800-15.

If sealing laying of a head of cylinders was replaced, before check warm up the engine up to the working temperature and let's it be cooled. At the same time tightness of laying of a head of cylinders is provided.

At the hot engine before opening of a broad tank cover it with a thick rag to exclude a burn owing to influence of hot cooling liquid and steam. It is necessary to uncover only at a temperature of cooling liquid below + 90 °C.

1. Turn on Ѕ a turn a cover on a broad tank to the left and dump pressure in the cooling system. Then turn a cover further and remove it completely.
2. Install the heater switch in salon on the maximum power.
3. Check the level of cooling liquid, if necessary add liquid, address appropriate section.

4. Install the device for check on the union for filling with liquid. By means of the pump of the device create pressure about 1.4 atm. If pressure falls, define the place of leak and eliminate leakage.

5. If pressure falls, and there is no leak of liquid, the reason can be in internal leaks, for example, owing to damage of sealing laying of a head of cylinders or owing to existence of a crack in the case.


Check of the safety valve

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

The safety valve is located in a cover of a broad tank. Its task consists in opening of the cooling system and plum of liquid at achievement of a certain pressure.

1. Screw a cover (2) on the device for control (1).

2. Create the necessary pressure specified in Specifications. The safety valve opens in two steps. The vacuum valve opens during depression creation.

On a cover pressure of opening of the valve is specified in atm. x 100. If, for example, on a cover costs "140/200", it is about a two-level cover and pressure of opening of the valve makes 1.4 and 2.0 atm.
