The car is set in motion by means of torque transmission from the transmission to wheels by means of two power shafts. Boots of internal hinges are made of rubber, and external — of thermoplastic (thermoplastic is steadier against external influences). Each shaft consists of three main parts: internal hinge (tripod type), directly shaft and external hinge of equal angular speeds (HEAS). The internal hinge of a shaft is fixed by means of a lock ring. External hinges of both shaft (CV JOINTS) terminate in shlitsevy shaft which enter vents of naves of driving wheels. Shaft are fixed in naves by nuts.
