Replacement of chains of the GRM drive and installation of phases of gas distribution

Core for fixing of the camshaft - No. 111589031500.
The device for fixing of a flywheel / a driving disk (a transmission dome) - No. 601589024000.
Bolts of fastening of device for fixing of a flywheel / a driving disk (on a transmission dome) - M6 x 90 mm.
The device for fixing of a flywheel / a driving disk (an opening under installation of a starter) - No. 602589004000.
Set for division of links of a gas-distributing chain - No. 602589024000.
Divider of links of a gas-distributing chain (element 1) - No. 602589023300.

General measures of precaution

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Turn out glow plugs for the purpose of simplification of a provorachivaniye of the engine.
3. If the return is not stipulated especially, turn the engine in the normal direction.
4. Study requirements imposed to efforts of tightening of threaded connections.
5. At the corresponding complete set mark position of the CKP sensor before its removal.
6. Do not turn a bent shaft by means of driving asterisks of the camshaft or devices.
7. Do not turn cranked and distributive shaft at the removed GRM drive chain.
8. After installation of phases of gas distribution make check of TNVD.


Procedures of installation of phases of gas distribution

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Replacement of a gas-distributing chain can be made without dismantle of the engine. Use special tools from the list given above. The new chain can be connected to old, is thrown an asterisk and then joined.

1. Bring the piston of the first cylinder [1] into the provision of VMT.
2. Pass a blocking core throughout an asterisk of the inlet camshaft [2].
3. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting tags of camshafts [3] and [4].
4. Before starting implementation of repair procedures, remove assembly of a natyazhitel [5].

Bolts of fastening of asterisks of camshafts [6] are not subject to reuse and have to be replaced by new.

5. Upon completion of repair work establish a natyazhitel [5].

Effort of tightening of fixture of a natyazhitel of 80 Nanometers.
Effort of tightening of a bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft [7]:
Bolt of classification of 8.8 — 200 Nanometers + 90 °;
Bolt of classification of 10.9 — 325 Nanometers + 90 °.
