Check of candles of an incandescence

If at start of the engine there are difficulties, it is necessary to check functioning of all candles of an incandescence.

When checking the engine has to be cold (ambient temperature), the rechargeable battery - is completely loaded (tension not less than 11.5 In).

Check of giving of food

This inspection is carried out at the established glow plugs.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top covers of the engine, address the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.
2. Disunite sockets of candles of an incandescence, for example, by means of a special clip of HAZET 4760-5.
3. Include a control lamp between contact of a cable and weight.
4. Include ignition, warm up the engine. Leave the ignition key in position of preheat and you watch a lamp. The lamp has to light up. Similarly check food at all candles of an incandescence.
5. Join sockets of candles of an incandescence.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Consistently apply an ohmmeter to each glow plug and check whether there passes electric current between the block of cylinders and a glow plug.
2. If current does not pass (0 W), the glow plug has damage and it needs to be replaced.
3. Join sockets of candles of an incandescence.
4. Establish into place the top covers of the engine, address the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.
