At the process of removal of air described here in system there can be some of its volume. A sign of it is the scratching and not full switching off of coupling. In this case air needs to be removed from a hydraulic system of coupling immediately on HUNDRED with use of the special device.


Removal of air without use of the special device

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check level in the tank of brake fluid, if necessary, add liquid in system, address the Head Routine maintenance.

Do not allow decrease in level of liquid in the tank, all the time add liquid.

2. Lift and install the car on supports.
3. Uncover the bottom.

4. Remove a dustproof cap from the union for removal of air (the shooter on the working cylinder). Put on a transparent hose the union.

5. Carefully provide rotation of the union. Apply a cap key to opening not to damage an union hexagon.
6. Lower the free end of a hose in the container with brake fluid so that in the course of removal of air it did not get to system.
7. Ask the assistant to about 10 times to press against the stop a pedal of coupling and then to leave a pedal in the squeezed-out situation.
8. In this situation open the union for removal of air, at the same time brake fluid will begin to follow. When in the following liquid there is no air any more or if pressure of liquid falls, close the union.

Do not allow essential decrease in level of liquid in the tank, all the time add new liquid.

9. Release a pedal of coupling and again press it 10 times. Holding a pedal in this situation, open the union. Repeat this procedure so many time how many it is necessary in order that in a hose bubbles were not visible. At the same time constantly add new liquid in the tank.

If brake fluid needs to be replaced completely, delete air until in a hose new liquid does not appear. Its sign is lighter color.

10. Close the union on the working cylinder. Remove a hose and put on a dustproof cap.
11. Establish into place a bottom cover.
12. Fill the tank with liquid to the mark MAX.
13. Check operation of the brake system and coupling.


Removal of air by means of the device

On HUNDRED air from system of coupling is removed, as a rule, by means of the special device. This device creates liquid pressure in system. The description only of differences from the way of removal of air described above without use of the device is given below.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Attach the device according to the description of his manufacturer to the tank of brake fluid.
2. Remove a dustproof cap from the union of removal of air on the working cylinder of coupling. Put on a hose the union. Lower the end of a hose in a bottle for brake fluid.
3. Open the union and you hold its opened until release of air then close the union stops.

If brake fluid needs to be replaced completely, delete air until in a hose new liquid does not appear. Its sign is lighter color.

4. Put on a dustproof cap the union.
5. Remove the device for removal of air.
6. Fill the tank with brake fluid to the mark MAX and close the tank.
