Mercedes C-Class

1. Open a cowl.
2. Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. It is previously necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.

Before a detachment of a cable find out a protective code of the radio receiver if that is available, address the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

3. Remove a front bumper, address the Section Removal and installation of a bumper.

4. Turn out screws (1).

5. Turn out a bolt (2).

6. Disunite all sockets of a headlight as it is described in the Section Replacement of Glow Lamps of Devices of External Lighting.
7. Carefully the screw-driver remove a pneumohose of the block of automatic adjustment of range of light of a headlight.

There is a danger of damage of a connecting element.

At models with xenon headlights the pneumohose is fixed from below headlights.

8. Carefully pull a headlight forward and take out.

1. Insert a headlight into a wing cut.
2. Join the headlight socket.
3. Record a pneumohose.
4. Check correctness of provision of rubber consolidation and, if necessary, correct.
5. Screw three screws of fastening of a headlight.
6. Establish into place a bumper, address the Section Removal and installation of a bumper.
7. Attach a cable of mass of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. Install into place a box of the filter of air of salon. If it is necessary, enter a code of the radio receiver and determine time on hours.
8. Close a cowl.
9. Check correctness of adjustment of a headlight for HUNDRED and, if necessary, adjust.
10. Models with xenon headlights: Establish zero position of the electronic block of adjustment of range of light of headlights on HUNDRED.
