1. Remove a tip of steering draft (4), address appropriate section. |
2. Open and remove collars (2) and (3) covers (1). Check a condition of collars, if necessary replace collars.
3. Remove a cover.
4. Check existence of corrosion and a side play in gear and rack transfer and the internal hinge. In the presence of corrosion the gear and rack mechanism needs to be replaced in a set. At the worn-out spherical hinge replace internal steering draft with the axial hinge (work HUNDRED). |
