Removal and installation of the generator The car has the generator of three-phase alternating current. Depending on model and the equipment generators of various power can be installed.

If subsequently on the car electric devices with high electricity consumption are installed, it is necessary to check whether the power of the available generator is sufficient. If necessary it is necessary to install the new generator of higher power. |
The alternating voltage created by the generator will be transformed by rectifier diodes to the constant tension which makes a charge of the rechargeable battery. The regulator changes charge current so that working tension irrespective of speed remained to constants.

The generator can be replaced. The damaged generator upon purchase of the repaired or new generator is set off. Therefore take away the failed generator with yourself. |
Petrol engines 111, 112
Removal
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. It is previously necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.
2. Engine 111: Remove the case of the air filter, address the Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
3. Engine 112: Remove the channel of absorption of air on the party of the forward passenger.
4. Take off maple a belt, address the Section Removal and installation of a maple belt.
5. Remove a protective cover (4) and disconnect thick (In +) a wire (1) from the plug 30.

6. Disconnect (D+) a wire (2) from the plug 61. |
7. Turn out bolts of fastening (3). Remove the remote plug of the top bolt and take out the generator upward from a motive compartment. |

Installation
|
|
|
1. Install the generator into place and fix it by the moment of 42 Nanometers.
|
|
Pay attention to the remote plug of the top bolt of fastening. |
2. Fix a wire on the plug (In +) the generator by the effort specified in Specifications.
3. Put on a protective cap the plug 30.
4. Fix on the generator (D+) a wire by the moment of 5 Nanometers.
5. Put on maple a belt, address the Section Removal and installation of a maple belt.
6. Engine 111: Install the case of the air filter, address the Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
7. Engine 112: Install the channel of absorption of air.
8. Attach a cable of mass of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. Install into place a box of the filter of air of salon. If it is necessary, enter a code of the radio receiver and determine time on hours. |

Diesel engines
Removal
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. It is previously necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.
2. Uncover the engine, address the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.
3. Take off maple a belt, address the Section Removal and installation of a maple belt.
4. Remove the channel and a hose of absorption of air from the forward passenger.
5. Disconnect a collar and a hose of the forced air from a turbocompressor pipe.
6. Turn out 3 bolts of fastening and remove a pipe.
7. Lift and establish a forward part of the car on supports.
8. Uncover the bottom, address the Section Check of the Engine by means of the vacuum gage.
9. Merge liquid from a radiator, address the Section Replacement of Cooling Liquid - general comments.
10. Disconnect the pipeline of a supply of cooling liquid from the generator.
11. Remove the stabilizer of cross stability of a forward suspension bracket, address also the Head Podvesk and steering.
12. Remove a protective cover and disconnect a thick wire (In +) from the plug 30 (1).

13. Disconnect a wire (D+) from the plug 61 (2). |
14. Turn out 2 bolts of fastening and take aside the pipeline of high pressure of steering.
15. Turn out 3 bolts of fastening and remove the holder.
16. Turn out bolts of fastening (3) and take out the generator from a motive compartment down. |

Installation
|
|
|
1. Install the generator into place and fix it by bolts the moment of 20 Nanometers. At the same time replace laying between a flange of the case of a radiator and a case of the engine.
2. Fix the pipeline of a supply of cooling liquid on the generator, replace at the same time a sealing ring.
3. Fix the holder.
4. Fix the pipeline of high pressure of steering.
5. Fix a wire (In +) by the moment of 14 Nanometers on the generator and put on a protective cap the plug 30.
6. Fix a wire (D+) on the generator.
7. Install into place the stabilizer.
8. Fill system with cooling liquid, address the Section Replacement of Cooling Liquid - general comments.
9. Establish a bottom cover, address the Section Check of the Engine by means of the vacuum gage.
10. Lower the car on wheels.
11. Fix a pipe of the forced air on a turbocompressor and attach a hose.
12. Install into place the channel and a hose of absorption of air.
13. Put on maple a belt, address the Section Removal and installation of a maple belt.
14. Establish an engine cover, address the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.
15. Attach a cable of mass of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. Install into place a box of the filter of air of salon. If it is necessary, enter a code of the radio receiver and determine time on hours. |
