Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lock ring (134a).
Parameters
Gap in a mnogodiskovmtormoza of B1, mm
Disk 2
1,90-2,30
Disk 3
2,00-2,40
Disk 4
3,00-3,40

2. Remove the block of disks of a brake B2 (134) and a disk spring (134b) from an external support of a brake B2.
3. Establish a stripper (074) on a disk spring (29) and squeeze it until the groove for a lock ring is not released.
4. Remove a lock ring (31).
5. Remove a spring plate (30) and a disk spring (29).
6. Disconnect the directing ring (28) of the piston and the piston of a brake B2 (27) from the B3 piston (14a), having given compressed air to an opening of D (address an accompanying illustration).
7. Press the directing ring (28) from the B2 (27) piston.
8. Remove a guide (32) from the B3 piston (14a), having given compressed air to an opening And.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a guide (32) and the B3 piston (14a) in the correct situation. For this purpose, insert a guide (32) into the case of transmission (2) and tighten. Press an external support of a brake B2 (14a) against the stop in a guide (32). Bore on vents or a cut on an external support of a brake B2 (14a) have to be directed (arrow) down.
2. Insert the piston of a brake B2 (27) into B3 brake piston (14a). The rounded-off ends of sealing rings (14s), (28a) and (28b) have to be directed outside the Rounded-off end of a sealing ring (14d) has to be directed in inside (address an accompanying illustration 17.1).
3. Insert the directing ring (28) of the piston. The valve (137) in the directing ring of the piston has to be from above.
4. Insert a disk spring (29) and a spring plate (30).
5. Establish a stripper (074) on a disk spring (29) and squeeze it until the groove for a lock ring is not released.
6. Insert a lock ring (31).
7. Insert a disk spring (134b) and the block of disks (134) on an external support of a brake B2.
8. Establish B3 brake disks together in the order presented on an illustration (109) and insert them in turn.
9. Install a press (078) on an external drive (70s).
10. Squeeze the block of disks by means of a press against the stop until the otmetochny ring is visible (a small arrow).
11. Measure a gap of L in three points between a lock ring (144a) and an external disk (134a). The size of gaps in a multidisk brake (B2) are provided in the table.
Parameters
Gap in a multidisk brake of B2, mm
Disk 4
1.90-2.30
Disk 5
2.00-2.40

12. Adjust a gap a lock ring (144a) if it is necessary. Thickness of a lock ring: 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.1 mm.
13. Establish a lock ring (134a).
