Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken the directing plug (21) and remove it from transmission.
2. Remove the pallet (3).
3. Remove an oil filter (5).
4. Turn off bolts (19a) and remove the AT (19) electrohydraulic control unit.
5. Remove a flange (48).
6. Vypressuyte a radial epiploon (20), remove laying (67a), a lock ring (68) and a vypressuyta the ball bearing (67) from the transmission case.
7. Remove laying (18).
8. Turn off a bolt (1a) and (2a) from the case the hydrotransformer and transmissions.
9. Remove the case of transmission (2) from the case of the hydrotransformer (1).


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease with sealant and insert into a groove everything together teflon rings (12a).
2. Install the transmission (2) on the hydrotransformer (1). Combine disks of brakes of B2 and B3.
3. Wrap bolts (1a) and (2a).
4. Measure a gap between a doggie of the parking brake and the ball bearing. It has to be within 0.3-0.5 mm.
5. Establish laying (18), press the ball bearing in a back part of the case of transmission.
6. Establish laying (67a).
7. Install a radial epiploon (20) in the transmission case.
8. Establish a flange (48).
9. Establish and tighten bolts of fastening of the AT (19) electrohydraulic control unit.
10. Further assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling.
