Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the transmission from the hydrotransformer.
2. Remove a multidisk brake of B3 (133) and spring laying (133b), having taken out a lock ring (133a) from the transmission case.
3. Turn off bolts (11).
4. Take a multidisk brake of B2 (14) from the transmission case.
5. Remove a blocking gear wheel at "Parking" (15).

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. Check and measure a gap in a multidisk brake of B3. A gap of "L" in a multidisk brake of B3: 1.0 - 1.4 mm.

Establish B3 brake disks together in the order presented on an illustration 12.6 and insert them in turn. Measure a gap of "L" between a lock ring (133f) and an external disk (133a) in three points. During measurement the lock ring (133f) has to concern the top ring of the bearing in a groove of an external support of a brake (2).

Adjust a gap by means of lock rings (133f) if it is necessary. Thickness of lock rings: 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 4.1, 4.4 and 4.7 mm.
